Barefoot Lake
When her mother passes away from a long battle with cancer, Alice’s life is tilted on its axis. After ending her flat-lined, disastrous relationship, she flees Boston for the lake house her mother left behind in Wilcox Grove, New Hampshire. The presence of so much nature all around her is jarring enough on its own, but her quaint new home also seems determined to sabotage her. Alice is still floundering to figure out how to be a homeowner in the middle of the woods when she meets her surly new neighbor, who seems to hate her before they’ve even spoken.
Jake Preston has lived in Wilcox Grove nearly his entire life, where he prefers to keep mostly to himself. His quiet sanctuary is aggressively disturbed by the hurricane of a woman who moves in next door, seemingly determined to completely destroy the home of somebody he considered a dear friend. Prickly on his best day, Jake is not about to play friendly neighbor to the menace who has come to town to turn everything upside down.
Barefoot Lake is a small-town, open-door, grumpy/sunshine romance about opening up and redefining success and happiness.

Guess and Pray
Eli Chambers doesn’t do relationships. He respects the hell out of women, but that linked-life, tied-together, found-your-person setup is not for him, and he’s always sure to be clear about that. Still, he’s a damn good time…
Iris Sutton is a young, single mom whose life revolves around her daughter and her dedication to her job as a paralegal. She’s responsible, dedicated, controlled, reliable—she’s stable. And when the boy-turned-man from her past pops back up, she knows that what Eli offers is all wrong for what she needs.
After a few stumbles, Eli and Iris find themselves fast friends, battling through the challenges tax season loves to bring. But things get tricky when Iris’s unwelcome ex, Archer, blows into town and demands she return to him. In a panic, Iris claims Eli as her very serious boyfriend. Ever the protective and helpful friend, Eli steps up to maintain the ruse until Archer takes the hint and gets lost.
A fake relationship doesn’t count, and feelings won’t get involved. This is going to be just fine…
Guess and Pray is a small-town, fake dating, single parent, reformed playboy, open-door romance.

Meet Me Back Here
Coming October 2026
Camilla Viottolo and Forrest Dane were never supposed to like each other, at least according to 10-year-old Cam, but with time, Forrest weaseled his way into Cam’s heart, eventually claiming his place as her best friend. They grew up together, sharing secrets, fears, and wishes in the treehouse built between their homes. Always finding their way back to that little house, high above the troubles of the world below.
When they started dating their freshman year of college, it seemed like all the pieces of their lives had finally fallen into place. But when things go sideways, Cam leaves Forrest for Arizona with only a single line scrawled on a scrap of paper.
After six years apart, they found their way back to a tentative friendship, and Cam is called back to the place they never talk about where she has to face her floundering writing career. When Forrest asks to go with her to Arizona to finally learn about the years they lost, it’s unclear whether they’ll mend old fences or shatter what they have for good.
Meet Me Back Here is a dual timeline, open-door, second-chance, childhood friends-to-lovers romance where they take a trip across the country together.
